October 2011 Board

I tried to take pictures from a couple different angles because the lighting is bad. Anyway the board is not completely finished in these pictures, there will be the witch that Megan made last year next to the cauldron and her moon that she also made last year, which you can see here. The kids in the class colored and cut out bats, ghosts, and pumpkins, which are also not all up. The pumpkin, flying witch, Dracula, and little haunted house came in a pack together from the dollar store some of them are sparkly but you can't tell (thank you dollar for having cute things for so cheap). I used the cricut to cut out "Kindergarten is spooktacular"  Happy Halloween :)

September Friendship Board

Each of the white flowers have fun things you do with Friends i.e.: tell secrets, help each other, play games, etc.
The poppy flowers are made out of 12x12 pattern and butcher paper.
The class read this book about friendship then made these paper dolls . Then the kids colored the doll as themselves and 2 or their friends and then wrote the traits they like about that friend.
Friends Stick Together.

October Halloween Board

The witch , ghost and pumpkin trick or treaters are all backed and stuffed with butcher paper. As is the paper moon. I used 2 inch strips or orange to boarder the bulletin board. The stars hold each child's picture and are laminated.

November Thanksgiving Board

The Pilgrim and Turkey are about 2 1/2 feet tall made out of butcher paper. I used the orange paper boarder from the Oct. board to make these flowers and used the kids picture stars to trail off the orange flowers.
